I can hardly believe that this was just two years ago. I remember being so worried about her when she had to stay in the hospital due to complications and so fiercely protective of her when people made fun of her big eyes. I was so excited when she came home for the first time and so in awe of such a precious little baby.
We gave her a "princess" backpack before our vacation so that she could carry around her own toys and games, which she liked. She loved the talking Dora card, but didn't even take one bite of her cake, the little stinker. That one pound of cottage cheese she ate (her birthday dinner of choice) must have filled her up.

A week or so after her actual birthday we had a little picnic and cupcakes at the park with a few of her friends from nursery. Here she is with her good buddy Jackson. Audrey loved the dollhouse he gave her.

Happy birthday Audrey! What a cute kid!
How fun! She's so pretty, Aim. It's so fun to see the same face grow into a bigger body with more curls! And what an awesome cake! Is that fondant? The lake days looked so fun too--you're looking fabulous, by the way!
Ah, what a cute birthday! What a hair color change she's made in the last two years...it's always more fun as a blonde, good choice Audrey!
